These terms govern your use of Strider. By using the app you agree to them.
Strider is a wellbeing and life-admin companion. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a monitoring or emergency-response service. It will not call for help on your behalf. In an emergency, always dial 999 (or your local emergency number). For health concerns, speak to a doctor or pharmacist. Medication reminders are a convenience and should not replace professional advice or your own records.
Signing in is optional and uses an emailed link. Keep access to your email secure, as anyone with it could access your account. Tell us if you think your account has been misused.
You may invite family members to a read-only view of your weekly trends and stored contacts. You control this and can pause it at any time. Only invite people you trust. Family members must use the app in line with these terms.
Strider offers a free tier and a paid “Strider Plus” tier (£4.99/month or £39.99/year). Paid features and billing may not be active at all times; where you subscribe through an app store, that store’s billing, renewal and cancellation terms apply, and you can manage or cancel in your app-store account. Prices may change with notice.
We work to keep Strider running but can’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The app is provided “as is”. Features may change or be withdrawn.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm arising from reliance on the app for medical, emergency, or safety purposes (see the notice above). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms; we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
